Under the leadership of President Gregory Geoffroy, the Office of Governmental Relations serves as the link to state and federal governments by coordinating and facilitating all aspects of governmental relations for Iowa State University. The Office of Governmental Relations represents the university by building and maintaining relationships at the federal, state, and local levels, and working to provide information and assistance to these entities as needed. The Office of Governmental Relations monitors legislation that impacts the university and higher education.
